Åp.17

Johannes forteller følgende i dagens åpenbaring;

Jeg ble slått av undring da jeg så henne.  7 Men engelen sa til meg: «Hvorfor er du forundret? Jeg skal fortelle deg hemmeligheten med kvinnen og med dyret som bærer henne og har sju hoder og ti horn. 

Jeg ble ikke så veldig mye klokere må jeg innrømme... og trøster meg med noen ord fra 1.Kor.13

 12 Nå ser vi som i et speil, i en gåte, da skal vi se ansikt til ansikt. Nå forstår jeg stykkevis, da skal jeg forstå fullt ut, slik Gud kjenner meg fullt ut. 

Det lille stykket jeg forstod fra dagens kapittel, var dette;

 14 De skal føre krig mot Lammet; men Lammet er herrenes herre og kongenes konge og skal derfor seire over dem, sammen med sine, de kalte og utvalgte og trofaste.»

Lammet; JESUS har seiret. Herrenes Herre, og kongenes Konge. Han er verdig all lov og ære.

We'll sing this song, oh

Dwelling within our praise (yes, thank God)

You inhabit the praises of Your people
So you're here with us right now
We thank You, we thank You
For Your presence, we praise You
